What industries do you specialise in?
We specialise in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Corporate Communications, and Marketing, with experience in recruitment and technical sectors as well.
How do you ensure translation accuracy and quality?
Each project is assigned to a translator with relevant industry experience. All work goes through a two-step QA process that includes proofreading and consistency checks.
How do you price your services?
At Lexinova, pricing is based on several factors: the length of the text (usually calculated per word), the complexity of the subject matter, the language pair, and the desired turnaround time. We also consider any additional requirements such as formatting, certification, or specialised research.
We offer multiple service levels to suit different needs and budgets:
- Basic Translation – completed by a native speaker of the source language and reviewed for accuracy.
- Enhanced Translation – completed by a native speaker of the source language and reviewed by a native speaker of the target language for maximum fluency.
- Premium Translation – includes everything in Enhanced, plus in-depth background research, terminology validation, fact-checking, and stylistic editing to ensure the translation is not only accurate and fluent but also culturally nuanced, fully contextualised, and optimised for its intended audience or purpose.
Our prices exclude VAT, which is currently at a rate of 20%.
All quotes are transparent, with no hidden fees, and we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown before work begins.
How do I submit documents for translation?
Once you have been assigned a translator, you can email them your documents. We accept most file types including Word, PDF, Excel, and more.
Is my content kept confidential?
Absolutely. We treat all client materials with the utmost confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs upon request.
Do you provide localisation as well as translation?
Yes. We don’t just translate words - we adapt tone, idioms, and messaging to suit your target audience and market.
Are your services insured or protected in any way?
Yes. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with £1 million in cover, offering peace of mind and assurance that your projects are protected. This reflects our commitment to professional standards and responsible service delivery.
